Rental conditions

• Each bike rental includes a lock, helmet, repair kit and water bottle

• Online rental via the reservation module, by e-mail or by phone

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period in case of impediment

• Bike breakage and theft insurance included in the rental with our partner AXA (1,50 €/day)

• Deposit required for Touring, Gravel bikes (300€) & Electric bikes (500 €) by bankcard imprint

• Return in a correct clean condition (otherwise a cleaning fee of 10 € per bike will be charged)

• By finalizing the reservation, the renter accepts the general rental conditions
